What is NLP?

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming and is viewed as a safe and non invasive therapy.

NLP’s aim is to enhance personal effectiveness and relationships. It helps changing someone's thoughts and behaviours so they can reframe negative self-talk, create positive affirmations and achieve their set goal.

The popularity of neuro-linguistic programming or NLP has become widespread since it started in the 1970s. In the UK, NLP was recognised by the UK Council of Psychotherapy in the 1990s, and the NHS embedded NLP training in more than 300 facilities between 2006 and 2009.

By using precise and empowering language, we all have the power to shift our mindset, improve our self-expression, and establish better connections with ourselves and others.

If you wish to change your life for the better, Better Being’s owner and founder Christèle Pochon is a qualified NLP Master Practitioner and will be happy to guide you through NLP techniques.

Christèle will show you how to counter-act any automatic negative thoughts (“I am not good enough”, “nobody loves me”, “ I can’t do this”..) and take you through cognitive restructuring exercises to align your self-image to what you wish to achieve.
