What is Emotional Freedom
Technique (EFT)?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a safe, non-invasive and natural way of healing yourself and changing your life for the better. 

As your Coach and qualified EFT Practitioner, I can show you how to use this body/mind technique which you can later use on your own and teach other members of your family. It draws on various theories of alternative medicine, including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming, energy medicine and Thought Field Therapy (TFT).

During a typical EFT session, the individual will focus on a specific issue they want to resolve while tapping on end points of the body’s energy meridians and reciting specific phrases that target an emotional component of a physical symptom. This technique can effectively address a variety of emotional and physical conditions, such as chronic pain, phobias and fears, anxiety, depression and grief.

What is physical health?

Physical health refers to how well our body is operating based on our physical activity level, nutrition, sleep cycle, level of water consumption and more. How we feel about our body greatly impacts our self esteem and confidence which, in turn, impacts our mental wellbeing. When we don’t sleep well, our ability to function deteriorates, directly influencing our work and our relationships.

What is mental health?

Mental health is our capacity to feel, think, and act in ways to achieve a better quality of life. It includes our emotional, psychological and social wellbeing and determines how we handle stress, relationships and decision making. We all tend to focus on our physical health, however not taking care of our emotional wellbeing will have bad effects on our mental health in the long run.
