Imposter Syndrome. Is it real?

Started a new job and feel you don’t know what you are doing?

In a meeting and feel out of place?

Our brain is firing questions at us to make us doubt ourselves, like:

“Why are you here?”, “Do you have enough experience?” and so on.

But being new at something and not feeling confident is a NORMAL feeling!

Nothing is wrong with you.

The “Imposter Syndrome” pops up only when we feel insecure and worry about being judged.

We do not like change or unfamiliar situations.

Say to yourself: ” I know what I am doing”, “ I can do this”.

Be yourself, and you will own your place at the table.
