Being Judgemental

 

We all judge even when we try not to. Judgement find faults in others or set situations.

By criticising others, we simply attempt to elevate ourselves or reduce our feelings of uncertainty and inadequacy. 

How do we stop judging? By embracing all the positive and practicing compassion not just with others, but with ourselves.

By appreciating yourself for exactly who you are, you will allow others to be just who they are meant to be too.

You will stop controlling others to be or think like you do. Your external world will change according to your inner thoughts and positive energy.
