Back to school anxiety

 

Feeling anxious or stressed about going back to school or work is a normal feeling.

Anxiety is a healthy response to unknown situations and uncomfortable feelings.

The best way to move forward is to stop resisting our emotions and make friends with them.

We do not like changes or challenges. We want to know how everything will happen.
