What is Procrastination?

We all have an art for Procrastination.

If you are constantly delaying tasks, running out of motivation to do your work or waiting for the “right time” to start a project, welcome to the Procrastinators club!

I personally like to listen to music (I’m not keen on watching random pets videos on youtube). What do you do when procrastinating?

We all have perfect excuses in our minds “today is not a good day”, “I will have more time tomorrow” etc.

Researchers found that we are procrastinating to achieve a short-term positive ‘hedonic shift’. Meaning we seek comfort in what we enjoy doing the most, to avoid the discomfort of completing the task at hand.

Our procrastination habits will not cease once the given task is finally completed. The stalling game will repeat itself over and over, unless the emotional reason behind the procrastination is dealt with.

Why are you not motivated?

Empower yourself to never feel bored, uncomfortable or uninspired.

Let’s do it!

I’ve got you.
